  • Take Mass. Pike East to Rte 95/128 South to Norwood Exit #15B for Rte 1 South. Continue on Rte. 1 South for 3.5 miles. Take the Dean St. Exit go right off exit onto Dean St. At first set of lights go left onto Pleasant St. NRH is 500 ft on the right. Riverside Community Care sign out front

  • Take 95/128 South to Exit #15B for Rte. 1 South. Follow directions above.
• From the East:
  
  • Take Rte. 93 South to Rte. 95 South to exit 11 Neponset St. Norwood. Go through 2 sets of lights and look for small green Dean St. sign on left. Turn left at sign. Follow Dean St. through 1st set of lights, continue to next set of lights and turn left onto Pleasant St. NRH is 500 ft on the right. Riverside Community Care sign out front
