to him or her. We are primarily funded

Some funding is provided by Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission
and Department of Mental Retardation. ·
The clubhouse
serves an average of 60 members a day and over 100 different members a week.
We have over 300 members, and served 190 in 2010. Over 60 clubhouse members are
competitively employed in the community. ·
We are open 5
days a week, 1 evening a week, and 2 week-end days per month. We are open and offer traditional
celebrations for every holiday on the actual holiday. ·
We are always
looking for individuals from the greater community to assist us with
employment leads for our members, fundraising, and to volunteer time and
energy to help others in many capacities. ·
The uniqueness
of the clubhouse program is the four guaranteed rights of members: A right to a place to come A right to meaningful relationships A right to meaningful employment A right to a place to return and
the belief that every individual member has the ability to contribute to our
community program. Members and staff
work side by side and have equal opportunity to participate in all the work
of the clubhouse. 595 Pleasant Street For a Neponset River House presentation at your location, please contact Dannielle Ford-Allen, Program Director, at 1-781-762-7075 or by email at dfallen@riversidecc.org |
